Let's Make It
Salt and pepper chops to taste and lightly flour pork chops, shake off excess. Place oil in heavy bottom fry pan and bring to a sizzle when flour is shook into oil. Add chops and brown on each side. Remove chops from pan and drain on paper towel. Pour oil from pan and place chops back into pan.
Place green pepper rings a top chops, spread onion over peppers, add rice over onions. Pour tomatoes over rice. Cover and place on simmer and cook for 1 hour.
With spatula, remove chop with rice on top and place on serving plate.
