Boil chicken, 45 minutes on medium heat with pepper corns, soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, and fish sauce.
Cook rice as directed on package about 20 minutes.
Add Chinese veggies to chicken and cook about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve chicken and broth over cooked long grain rice.
