2 lb carrots, sliced
1 green pepper
2 medium onions
1/4 lb butter
1 cup tomato soup
1/2 cup sugar
Pinch of salt

Cook carrots until tender in salted water. Dice peppers and onions fine.

Bring butter, soup, sugar, and salt to a boil. Pour over vegetables and marinate for 24 hrs.

Heat for serving--45 minutes at 350°F.
