Melt butter and brown coconut and pecans. Let cool. Combine cream cheese and milk. Beat till smooth. Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture into each pie shell. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Drizzle with chocolate and caramel topping. Repeat layer.
Cover and freeze.
