Pepper jack cheese (either shredded or sliced...I used sliced since I like to use them on sandwiches too!)
1-2 cups Kraft Barbeque Sauce (regular or any of the different flavors, depending on your taste)
Chopped green onions (use about 4 to 5 pieces)

Season chicken with salt, pepper, etc. Cook chicken breasts on a large skillet over medium heat. When cooked through, move to a cutting board and carefully butterfly cut each breast.
In another skillet saute onions and garlic in butter about 5 minutes or until onions are transparent. Take the shredded pepper jack cheese, (or if using slices, just tear them up a bit) and put a small handle on one side of each of the butterflied chicken breasts. Then, add the sauteed onions and garlic and green onions on top of the cheese. Fold the chicken breasts over to enclose all of the ingredients.
Spread some of the barbeque sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place each stuffed chicken breast into the baking dish. Pour 1-2 cups of barbeque sauce on top of the chicken. (or less or more if you choose, depending on how much sauce you like). Sprinkle some extra green onions on top of the chicken if you like
Bake at 350 degrees F about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
