Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 package Italian sausages (pork or turkey)
29 oz (2 regular sized cans) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 box rigatoni noodles

Take sausage out of the casing and brown. Add tomatoes and Italian seasoning and simmer for up to 2 hours.

Add heavy cream just before serving.

Serve over cooked rigatoni noodles.
