In a large pan, brown pork chops in oil, over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing according to package directions.
Spread pie filling into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Place pork chops on top of apple pie filling. Spoon stuffing over chops.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 35 min. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
