Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 box lasagna
2 lb ground beef season meat as you wish
1 lb cottage cheese
1 egg
2 tomatoes, diced
1/4 onion, diced
1 bag baby spinach
1 Tbsp oregano
10 mushrooms, diced
2 lb Ragu or any spaghetti sauce
2 bag s shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups parmesan cheese

Boil the pasta. Brown ground beef. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine cottage cheese and egg. Then stir in the tomatoes, onion, baby spinach, oregano, and mushrooms. Keep in the fridge while the meat browns, and pasta is boiling. Once meat is brown drain out the excess fat, then add the spaghetti sauce let it boil. Run under cold water.

Start the very first layer with 1/4 of the meat mixture, then layer about 4 to 5 pastas side by side, top the pasta with the shredded cheese, as much as desired top the cheese with the cottage cheese mixture, layer it with pasta, continue this process until all pasta is gone. Once you have layered the last layer of pasta, add the rest of the meat and sauce mixture top with cheese.

Put it in the oven for about 35 minutes.
