3 cups leftover turkey (approx.)
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup water
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green or red pepper, chopped
1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 package soft shell tortillas

Shred turkey with your fingers, place in a deep pan. Add salsa, water, chopped onion and pepper. Bring to a boil, stir, cover and cook on low until all water has evaporated.

Just before serving, mix in cream cheese. When it is fully melted and blended together, it's done.

Warm tortillas in microwave for a few seconds.
