Original recipe yields 1 serving
Batter:
3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup flour
Filling:
1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Beat together eggs & granulated sugar. Add pumpkin, baking soda, cinnamon & flour & mix.

Pour into a greased & floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven, turn onto a towel and roll up until completely cool.

Mix filling together & beat until smooth. Unroll cooled roll, spread filling evenly over it and roll it back up. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and chill or freeze. (It's easier to cut when cold.)
