Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 small onion
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1 can (15 oz.) cream style corn
1 cup whipping cream
2 eggs
1 small box Jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Saute onion in butter with spices until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Combine corn, whipping cream, eggs, cornbread mix, cheese, salt and pepper. Add onion mixture.

Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish and bake 40 minutes or until set.
