1 large onion, chopped
2 eggs, beat lightly
1 1/2 cups cornmeal mix
1 can cream corn
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease 10 and 1/2 in. skillet or 2 quart baking dish. Brown sausage and onion in medium skillet; drain. Combine eggs, cornmeal, corn, milk and oil.

Pour half of corn meal mixture into prepared skillet or dish, Sprinkle with sausage mixture and cheese. Pour remaining batter over top.

Bake 30 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes.
