1 can corn
1 can cream of corn
6 oz Breakstone’s or Knudsen Sour Cream
1 egg
1 small box Jiffy cornbread mix
2 tablespoon softened butter

Drain the corn and mix with the cream of corn, sour cream and egg. Then add the cornbread mix and the butter; mix together.

Pour batter into a grease pan.

Place it in the preheated oven at 375°F for 45 minutes.
