1 banana, sliced
1 small red apple, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
1 small Golden Delicious apple, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
4 dates, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons raisins
2 dried apricots, diced
6 walnut halves, broken into pieces
1 1/2 cups Silk Soymilk Plain, Unsweetened, Vanilla or Plus Omega-3 DHA
2 pinches cinnamon
2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Divide fruit between two cereal bowls, layering in the order listed above.

Pour ice-cold Silk Soymilk in each bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey, if desired.

* Silk Soymilk can be heated gently and poured over fruit cereal if a warm breakfast is desired.
