Melt butter and mix with graham crumbs. Spread into a 20cm (8") square pan and press crumbs down firmly.
Have cream cheese at room temperature. Cream the cheese well. Add sugar, vanilla and orange juice. Cream until smooth. Beat in 3/4 of the orange segments. Beat the whipping cream till it forms peaks. Do not under beat. Stir cream cheese into whipping cream and mix well.
Spread mixture over crumbs. Garnish with remaining orange segments. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
