Take individual pie crusts and add a dime size drop of caramel to the bottom. Add 2-3 apple slices from the pie filling and layer on the caramel.
Add cheesecake filling till it is even with the edge of the crust.
Top with another slice of apple, drizzle caramel on top and sprinkle with pecan pieces.
