Salad:
1 large bag baby spinach (reg. spinach is fine)
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 pkg fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cups seasoned salad croutons
1/3 cup red onion chopped
strips 8 to 10 bacon, crumbled
Dressing:
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp celery seed
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

In large salad bowl add all salad ingredients together and lightly toss.

In separate bowl add all dressing ingredients together and mix well.

Serve salad into individual salad bowls and let everyone add their own desired amount of dressing to their single serving.
