1 box white cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup coconut
1 box Jell-O Strawberry Gelatin
1 cup frozen sliced strawberries
1/2 cup Wesson Oil
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Topping and filling
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup drained sliced strawberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 box confectioners’ sugar
1/2 cup coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray three cake pans with cooking spray. Mix all cake ingredients, pour in pans and bake until inserted toothpick comes out clean when inserted in middle of layers.

Topping and filling

Cream sugar and butter. Add other ingredients one at a time until all well blended.

Spread between layers and on top of cake. Be sure cake is completely cooled before applying frosting.
