Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 loaves frozen bread
1 egg
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 lb pepperoni
1/2 lb thinly sliced ham
1/4 lb salami (mild)
3/4 lb mozzarella cheese

Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray, spread one loaf of bread half the width of cookie sheet and the full length. Brush 3/4 of egg and oregano mixture over the bread. Layer 1/2 of the rest of ingredients on the bread and repeat. Stretch another loaf of bread over the top and pinch together, tuck this under the bread so it doesn’t show. Brush remaining egg/oregano mixture over top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. It cuts easier if you let it set for awhile.
