1 small tomato
1 small onion

4 Tbsp mayo
Oregano
French bread or hoagie rolls

Cut cheeses, meats, tomato, onion, and lettuce into very tiny pieces. (May be helpful to use a food processor.)

Add mayo; may use more or less depending on moist preference. Sprinkle with oregano to taste.
