Season wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Deep fat fry in hot oil till crisp and wings are almost done.
While frying, heat your oven to 350°F. Drain wings on paper towel for a few minutes or till warm but can handle easily. Spray a glass 13x9 baking dish set close to you. In two separate bowl. Pour honey in one and BBQ sauce in the other. Dip one wing at a time first in honey then in BBQ sauce. Put in baking dish. Repeat all wings. Pour any leftover honey and BBQ sauce over wings.
Bake for 15 minutes. Spoon out wings into a big bowl and pour leftover sauce in a different bowl for extra sauce.
