Let's Make It
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; keep warm.
2. Meanwhile cut the sausage into 1 inch pieces. In a large skillet cook sausage and pepper over medium high heat until sausage is browned. Drain if needed. Add the broth and black pepper to skillet. Bring to boiling, reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for about 5 minutes.
2. Remove from heat, pour over pasta; add parsley. Sir gently to coat.
