Preheat oven 350°F. Cook broccoli until almost tender, drain real well and put in a greased baking dish.
Cut up cheese and put on top. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and pour over top. Crush crackers and sprinkle on top. Melt rest of butter and pour over crackers.
Bake for 10 minutes or until all the cheese is melted.
