Boil water, butter and cocoa. Mix flour, sugar and salt. Add both together and then add the rest of the ingredients together.
Place in well-greased 11x17 sheet pan.
Bake at 350°F for 18-20 min. Frost while hot.
Boil butter, milk and cocoa. Remove from heat. Then add powdered sugar. Beat well. Frost 1/4 at a time (frosting will set fast). Press chopped walnuts if desired.
