3 cups peeled and diced potatoes
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup diced celery
2 cups broccoli
2 cups cauliflower
4 1/2 cups vegetable broth
3 cups milk, divided
4 Tbsp flour
1 lb Velveeta Cheese, cubed

Let's Make It

Combine all vegetables in a large pot with vegetable broth and cook over med/low heat until vegetables are tender and liquid is reduced. Mix 1 cup of milk with the flour.

Remove vegetables from heat and add flour mixture. Stir, and then add remaining milk and Velveeta.

Return to low heat, stirring until cheese is melted.
