Mix meat, bread crumbs, onion, 1/2 a can of tomato sauce, and egg. Form into a loaf and put into a wide shallow pan.
Combine the leftover tomato sauce with the remaining ingredients, and pour over the loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
