Peel potatoes. Cut into small squares (not too tiny). Lay out four strips of foil on counter or table. Equal out potatoes onto each vertical. Then add hamburger by pieces, or small meatballs. Cut carrots to small sticks or diced and add equally to foil. Cut onions into large pieces, add equally. Cut butter also add equally to dinners. Sprinkle seasoning.
Fold top of foil together tight, make sure not to make any holes in foil. Then fold one end in. In the other end add 1/3 cup water and fold that end in.
Put on grill on low heat or oven on 325°F. Cook for 1-2 hours. Carefully open one to fork potatoes to check if done.
