Wash and peel cucumber, cut in half length wise and then slice (no less than 1/4" thick).
Wash and remove top of green pepper and then remove seeds. Slice length wise, approx. 1/2" wide strips, then cross cuts again 1/2". Wash and slice tomato. Pieces should be 1/2" x 1/2". Cut 2-3 slices of red onion and dice (chunks, not small pieces).
Drain and add black olives, add crumbled Feta cheese and toss lightly.
Add 1/2 cup Kraft Free Zesty Italian salad dressing and toss until coated.
