Let's Make It
Drain pineapple reserving 1 cup of the juice. Mix the reserved juice, sugar and unflavored gelatin in small sauce pan and heat on low heat until it starts to thicken.
Pour juice mixture into blender - add cream cheese, pineapple and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Pour into pie crusts and refrigerate until set.
