1 can (15 ounce) black beans, drained
1/4 cup salsa
3 tablespoons uncooked bulgur wheat
4 flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, diced

1. In saucepan combine black beans, salsa, and bulgur wheat. Let simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.

3. Spread bean mixture on tortilla and top with lettuce, tomato, and extra salsa if desired.
