Place olive oil and butter in pan. Flour the cube steak, salt and pepper. Brown on both sides for about 10 min.
Add mushroom soup in slow cooker on high. Add beer, water as needed, onion, mushrooms, and Worcestershire sauce. Add cooked cube steak.
Slow cook on med or low for 5 or 6 hours.
