Put the ground beef into a large mixing bowl. Add the bread crumbs, eggs, and package of Italian dressing, salt, and pepper. Mix it up thoroughly. Roll ground beef into balls. Make them as small or as large as you want. The smaller the quicker they will cook, the larger the longer it will take.
Spray a large cooking pan with sides with cooking spray. Place meatballs onto pan and place in the oven at 400 degrees F. Check meatballs after about 15-20 minutes depending on size of meatballs. Remove pan from oven and turn meatballs so they can brown on two sides. Place back into oven for another 10-20 minutes.
Pour the ketchup, milk, nutmeg, brown sugar, pineapples (optional), salt & pepper into a large pot/pan. You may need to use 2 pots/pans to handle the quantity of meatballs you have. Mix everything together and heat on low with a lid covering the pan.
Putting it all together:
Remove cooked meatballs from oven. Use tongs to place meatballs into a strainer to remove as much grease as possible. Place drained meatballs into the sauce mixture. Heat on low for about 20-30 minutes stirring occasionally.
