Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients (except bread and crackers), mix well with large sturdy spoon, set aside.
With a bread knife cut top off of Hawaiian Bread. With hand scoop out bread to make a bowl, don't scoop out too much bread. Spoon cheese mix into bread bowl. Cover bread with foil paper keeping cheese exposed.
Bake in oven for about an hour. Remove from oven place on a platter surrounded by Wheat Thins. Best served warm.
