In a measuring cup, mix mayonnaise and mustard and a dash of salt to taste.
Cut eggs in half long-ways and remove yolks. In a small bowl crush the yolks with a fork to make a crumbly mixture. Mix into the yolks the contents of the measuring cup a little at time to get a consistency that will spread easily.
Place the cooked whites of the eggs on a platter. Fill the whites with the yolk spread. Sprinkle with paprika for color and flavor.
