Cut up and peel potatoes, onions and carrots. Throw in a pot with 2 cans broth, gravy pkg. and water. Mix in separate bowl 1/2 can of broth and pour flour in a little at time while mixing to make a rue so stew with be thick... put rue mixture in pot and mix in.
Fry stew meat in separate pan till done, about 2 minutes on each side. Put seasonings on top of meat like garlic powder and seasoning salt about tsp. of each. After meat is done, put it in the pot with everything else. Cook with lid on till potatoes and carrots are done -- should be around 45 minutes. You want the stew to be thick also.
Then to make dumplings, use Bisquick follow instructions on back. Mix water and Bisquick together to make a dough. Spoon in lumps of it on to the boiling stew. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes and then another 10 minutes covered.
