2 pkg (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 pint s Breakstone Sour Cream
8 green onions, stem & all, chopped fine
1 pkg (16 oz.) thin cut noodles
Optional topping (recommended)
1 pkg (8 oz.) Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 can (8 oz.) mushrooms, sliced or stems & pieces

Let's Make It
Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Brown ground beef & drain. Add salt, pepper, sugar, garlic and tomato sauce-simmer for 15 minutes-set aside. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and onions - set aside. Cook noodles 4 to 6 minutes, DO NOT OVER COOK, drain.
Butter large layer pan (10x17) or two smaller pans. Layer noodles, then meat sauce, then cheese mixture in pan - repeat. Top with shredded cheese and mushrooms
Bake for 30 minutes.
