Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place chicken legs in a Ziploc bag or 2. Add dressing to bag and shake. Place in refrigerator for 4 hours. Remember to rotate chicken a couple of times.
In another Ziploc bag, place flour, salt and pepper and shake to mix. I made 8 drumsticks at a time. Place 8 drumsticks in the bag with the flour mixture. Shake.
Place oil in large skillet. Place the chicken in the skillet. As it gets brown, turn the chicken. All you want is a good brown. The chicken will finish cooking in the oven.
Place the chicken in a 13 x 9 cake pan. Once those are done do the other eight. When they are all done, place in oven for 35 minutes.
