Muffin Cheeseburgers

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb ground beef/turkey
1 small onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 bottle BBQ sauce
1-2 Tbsp honey
Salt
1 cup cheese (cheddar or Velveeta)
2 cans Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown turkey with onions and peppers. Drain well. Return to stove and mix BBQ sauce, honey and salt to taste, Add cheese until melted.

Grease large muffin pans. Unroll dough and divide into 6 even squares. Place dough into pans then fill with meat sauce. Next unroll other dough and divide into 6 squares put on top of filling and press together edges.

Bake in oven for 15-18 minutes. Enjoy!
