12 large peppers
1 box (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 lb pepper bacon

Cut peppers down one side, deseed and be sure to scrape all of the seeds out. Rinse real good.

Stuff peppers with cream cheese. Take bacon and wrap around pepper.

Put on smoker and let cook for about 1 hour. If no smoker, put in baking dish and cook in oven for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
