Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 beef chuck roast
4 carrots, peeled and cut
1 1/2 lb potatoes, peeled and cut
1 yellow onion, cut into big chunks
2 stocks celery, cut into pieces
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Mazola Corn Oil

Put the meat into roasting pan with all the cut fresh veggies.

Salt& pepper. Drizzle oil all over the meat and veggies until well coated. Cover with lid.

Bake covered into 375 degrees F oven for about 2 hours or until meat is tender and veggies cooked well through. Serve with baguette bread toasted slightly. Enjoy!
