1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix
1 1/2 cups hot water
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 - 4 peppers
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing

Make stuffing mix according to package directions using water and butter.

Depending on size of green peppers, prepare two to four peppers by slicing around stem and removing the top of the pepper. Stuff the peppers with the prepared stuffing, intermixing the cheese and dressing. Finish by topping off peppers with dressing and shredded cheese.

Place peppers in a small baking pan and bake at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until desired tenderness.
