Preheat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, combine thyme, oregano, salt and pepper.
Rub mix evenly over pork. Place pork in small roasting pan.
Roast for 1 hr and 25 min. Baste with dressing the last 20 min of cook time. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
