In a medium size baking deep dish bowl, cut Velveeta into 1/4" slices and place on bottom of bowl. Then add 1 cup of the cooked macaroni noodles and a Tbsp. of butter. Add half of the milk and repeat the same ingredients for the second layer. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, stir and bake for 10 more minutes. Remove from oven, add another layer of Velveeta, bake for 5 minutes. Cover casserole top with French fried onions. Bake for 7 minutes, remove from oven and remove foil. Let stand for a few minutes and enjoy.
