1 tsp orange zest
1 pkg (5 oz.) mixed salad greens
1 cup diced, peeled jicama
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
1 can or jar (6 oz.) mandarin orange segments
1/4 cup pecan pie glazed pecans
