Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 cups Ritz Cracker Crumbs
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup parsley flakes
2 tsp salt (I don’t use quite that much)
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup melted butter

Mix crumbs with pepper, parmesan cheese, parsely flakes and salt. Dip chicken in butter, then in crumb mixture. (Makes a lot, maybe cut back or I freeze the leftovers and use later).

Arrange in single layer in jellyroll pan, lined in tin foil.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
