Prepare lemon pudding by mixing in milk until just set. Add softened cream cheese to mixture and blend well. Carefully fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until combined.
In 13 x 9 inch pan, layer graham crackers to fit. Spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture on top of graham crackers. Add a second layer of graham crackers and repeat process, by spreading remainder of lemon mixture over second layer of graham crackers. Top with remaining whipped topping.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
