4-5 eggs (I used two real ones and 3/4 cup egg beaters in mine)
1 cup milk (I used 2%)
8 oz crumbled feta (I used fat free)
6 oz chopped cheddar cheese (I used white cheddar)
10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
3 cloves chopped garlic
3 slices cheddar cheese

Let's Make It
Sautee chopped onion in butter until translucent. Mix all of the ingredients (except cheese) together.
Pour into deep dish pie plate (sprayed with Pam). Put cheddar cheese on top.
Cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
