2 pkg (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, softened
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp nutmeg
1 Tbsp orange peel (optional)
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg JELL-O Sugar Free Raspberry Gelatin
1 pkg JELL-O Sugar Free Cherry Gelatin
1 cup ice cubes
1 tub (12 oz.) Lite or Sugar Free Cool Whip
1/2 can (15 oz.) cranberry sauce
1/2 jar (10 oz.) No Sugar Added Blackberry Jam (Polaner's)
1 box Nilla Wafers

Let's Make It
Set cream cheese out at room temp until softened. Once softened, beat in large bowl along with next 3 ingredients until well blended.
Next place water in micro safe bowl and heat to boiling (3-4 min on high). Stir in both Jell-O pkg. until dissolved. Stir in ice cubes until melted. Allow to sit a few more min to cool.
Slowly begin adding Jell-O mixture to the cream cheese mixture; gradually increase speed until well blended together. With wire whisk, fold Cool Whip into cream cheese/Jell-O mixture until completely combined. Put cranberry sauce and blackberry jam in microwave safe bowl and microwave until liquidy (2-3 min).
Place one layer of Nilla Wafers into 9x13 pan. Spread half of cream cheese mixture into pan over wafers. Drizzle fruit puree over cream cheese layer. Add second layer of wafers and top with remaining cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until well set - approx. 2-4 hours.
