Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/4 cup butter, divided
2 chicken breast halves, thawed and diced
1 small onion, chopped
2 stalk s celery, chopped
1 small green pepper, diced
2/3 cups baby carrots, sliced on bias
2/3 cups pea pods, sliced on bias
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 - 1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 Tbsp seasoning salt
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup half-and-half
1/2 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
1/3 cup Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing
6 cups hot cooked noodles

Let's Make It
Melt half the butter in a large heavy frying pan over medium high heat. Add chicken, season with pepper and stir fry until golden, about 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
Add remaining butter and onions in pan and saute 5 min. Add celery and green pepper and saute additional 5 min. Add carrots, pea pods and lemon juice. Add mushrooms, chicken, garlic powder, sesame seeds and seasoning salt. Stir to combine, cover and allow flavors to blend 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk sour cream, half-and-half, and dressings in a medium bowl. Add to pan mixture, stir, cover and reduce heat to medium low.
Prepare pasta as directed, stirring pan mixture occasionally. Drain pasta, return to pot and add pan mixture, combine thoroughly.
