2-3 lb roast, chuck, or anything with little marbleizing in it
1/2 tsp meat tenderizer
1 pkg onion soup mix
2 large cans (28 oz. each) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp garlic powder or to your liking of garlic powder
1-2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Pepper to taste
1 large pkg. large egg noodles
12 oz (3/4 of 16 oz. container) sour cream

Let's Make It
Place roast in crock-pot. Add meat tenderizer on top of meat in large dish. Mix onion soup with 1 cup of hot water to disolve soup mix. Mix well with remaining ingredients (except noodles and sour cream). Pour over top of meat.
Cook 8-10 hours.
When meat is finished, take from pot, cut into bite size pieces. Cook noodles as on pkg. Add sour cream and mix well to gravy. Add all ingredients to gravy mixture, let sit approx 15 minutes before serving.
